Pneumatic Three Way Ball Valve

Pneumatic three way ball valve is composed of a pneumatic actuator and a three-way ball valve. It is a rotary shut-off regulating valve. Among them, pneumatic actuators are divided into pneumatic double-acting and pneumatic single-acting (spring return), and the three-way ball valve can be L-shaped or T-shaped. The L-type three-way ball valve is used to switch the flow direction of the medium and can connect two channels that are perpendicular to each other; the T-type three-way ball valve is used for medium flow, confluence and flow direction switching. T-type three-way ball valve can connect three channels, or two. The three-way ball valve generally adopts a two-seat structure, and can also adopt a four-seat structure according to user requirements.

a. Pneumatic three way ball valve has two-seat and four-seat sealing structures, and the valve core hole has two structural forms, L-shaped and T-shaped. By controlling the rotation angle of the valve core, the connection state of the valve ball hole and the nozzle can be changed, and the three branch pipes can be controlled in different combinations. The three-way ball valve has a large flow and can control gas, liquid and steam, and is more suitable for controlling viscosity and fibrous and granular fluids. It is also suitable for occasions with strict sealing requirements.

b. The two-seat sealed three-way ball valve can realize the switching of the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline, and can also connect or close two mutually perpendicular channels.

c. The four-seat sealed three-way ball valve can not only switch the flow direction of the medium, but also connect the three channels to each other. The operator can close either channel and connect the other two. Control lines mix or divert the media.

d. T-shaped ball valve can connect or switch three orthogonal pipes to each other, and play the role of splitting or converging; the L-type ball valve connects two mutually orthogonal pipes. Cutting off another channel can change the flow direction of the medium.
