Electric Three Way Ball Valve

Electric three way ball valve can be L-shaped or T-shaped. The L-type (Q944F) three-way ball valve is used to switch the flow direction of the medium and can connect two channels that are perpendicular to each other; the T-type (Q945F) three-way ball valve is used for medium splitting, confluence and flow direction switching.

Details 

1. Housing - The housing cover is made of aluminum alloy, anodized and polyester powder coated for high corrosion resistance. Waterproof grade IP67, IP68 and explosion-proof type are optional.

2. Motor - The electric three way ball valve adopts a fully enclosed squirrel cage motor, which is small in size, large in torque, small in inertia, and F-class insulation. Internal thermal protection switch avoids damage to the motor.

3. Manual handwheel - The handwheel is designed to be safe, reliable and labor-saving. When the actuator is not energized, the handwheel can be operated by pulling the clutch to the correct position. Once energized, the clutch will automatically return.

4. Position indicator - installed on the central shaft to observe the position of the valve. In order to avoid deposition and facilitate observation, a convex lens design is used.

5. Heaters and thermostats - used to control the temperature inside the actuator to avoid humidity inside.

6. Limit switch - two kinds of mechanical and electronic double limit. Mechanical limit screws are adjustable. The electronic limit switches are cam-controlled SPDTs; the position of the limit switches can be set precisely and easily by adjustment.

7. Torque switch - provide overload protection, automatically cut off the power supply when the valve is blocked, to avoid damage to the valve and actuator.

8. Self-locking - precision worm gear transmission, large torque and low noise (up to 50dB). The self-locking function prevents reverse rotation, ensuring stability and reliability. Lubricating oil has been added before leaving the factory.

9. Anti-stripping bolts - When the cover is removed, the bolts will be secured to the cover. All external bolts are made of stainless steel.

10. Installation - The installation dimensions of the bottom of the electric actuator conform to international standards ISO5211 and DIN3337. Actuators can be installed vertically or horizontally.

11. The line control circuit conforms to the single-phase or three-phase power supply standard, and the layout is reasonable and compact. The terminal effectively meets various additional function requirements.

12. Intelligent module - using high integration, low power consumption MCU and analog circuit control board. The motor heat source is effectively separated from the control board, which improves the anti-interference and heat resistance of the actuator.

13. Digital display of valve position - during the opening and closing process of the actuator, the change of valve position is displayed on the liquid crystal display (intelligent adjustment type).

14. Automatic adjustment of the phase sequence - the intelligent actuator automatically connects to the phase sequence of the three-phase power supply.
