Electric Fluorine Lined Ball On Off Valve

Introduction

Electric fluorine lined ball on off valve (corrosion-resistant electric ball valve) adopts fluorine-lined process and consists of fluorine-lined ball valve and electric actuator. With extremely high chemical stability, it is suitable for any strong corrosive chemical medium. Its inner cavity and sphere are all made of high pressure injection molding process, lined with corrosion-resistant and anti-aging PTFE F46, so it has reliable corrosion resistance and sealing performance.

Instructions for use 

1. The temperature of the medium used should not exceed 150°C (the medium temperature reaches 150°C for a short time, and the temperature is around 120°C for a long time), otherwise the electric fluorine lined ball on off valve is easy to soften and deform, resulting in the valve being closed loosely and causing a lot of leakage.

2. If the temperature of the medium used by the user is 180°C for a short time and 150°C for a long time, another fluoroplastic PFA can be used. However, the price of fluoroplastic PFA lined is more expensive, and you should consult in advance when matching the price.

3. No negative pressure. Electric fluorine-lined ball valves should avoid using negative pressure in the pipeline. If there is negative pressure, it is easy to cause the fluoroplastic layer in the inner cavity of the valve to be sucked out, bulged and shelled.

4. The pressure and differential pressure should be controlled within the allowable range.
