Pneumatic Ball On Off Valve

Pneumatic ball on off valves are mainly used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. It features a new series of piston-type pneumatic actuators with double-acting and single-acting (spring return). The product is safe and reliable, with reasonable structure and large output torque.

Features

1. Small fluid resistance. The ball valve has the smallest fluid resistance among all valves, and even the reduced diameter ball valve has very little fluid resistance.

2. The thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve stem, so that the valve stem can run smoothly and flexibly for a long time.

3. The valve seat has good sealing performance. The sealing ring made of elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene is convenient for sealing, and the sealing ability of the ball valve increases with the increase of the medium pressure.

4. Stem seal is reliable. The valve stem only performs imitation rotary motion, not up and down, so the packing seal of the valve stem is not easy to be damaged.

5. Materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene have good self-lubrication, and the friction loss with the ball is small, so the service life of the pneumatic ball on off valve is long.

6. Bottom-mounted stem and raised step on stem head prevent stem from being ejected. If the stem seal is damaged by fire, the raised step can also form metal contact with the valve body to ensure the stem seal.

7. Anti-static function. A spring is arranged between the ball, the valve stem and the valve body, which can export the static electricity generated during the switching process.
