Electric Butterfly On Off Valve

Electric butterfly on off valve is suitable for two-position cut-off conditions. Its structure is divided into metal seal and soft seal structure. The metal seal adopts a "U"-shaped stainless steel sealing ring, which is in triple eccentric contact with the polishing disc. It solves the disadvantage that the sealing surface of the traditional eccentric butterfly valve is still sliding contact friction at the moment of opening and closing 0°~10°, and realizes the effect of separation of the sealing surface of the valve disc at the moment of opening. And it seals when the contacts are closed, extending service life and sealing performance.

The soft sealing structure adopts a wafer butterfly valve body. The inner wall of the valve body is lined with fluorine or rubber, and it is completely sealed with the butterfly plate to ensure zero leakage of the medium. Therefore, electric globe butterfly valve is widely used in metallurgy, electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, air, gas, combustible gas, water supply and drainage and other medium temperature ≤ 550 ℃ corrosive medium pipeline.
