Overview
Our Electric Cryogenic Control Valve is composed of world renowned electric actuator and ultra-low temperature control valve body. The actuator contains the feeding function, accepts a unified standard signal of 4-20mA or 1-5V·DC, converts the current signal into a corresponding linear displacement, and automatically controls the opening of the regulating valve to achieve the pressure of the fluid in the pipeline. Continuous adjustment of process parameters such as flow, temperature and liquid level. The electric low temperature regulating valve is suitable for working under 0~-196℃. It consists of an electric actuator and a valve body with a long-necked bonnet. The function of the long-necked bonnet is to seal the valve stem to work under normal temperature and reduce the external environment. Heat energy is introduced. To reduce transmission, the long neck adopts a thin-walled structure.
Features
The Electric Cryogenic Control Valve is mainly designed to meet the common requirements for low temperature liquefied gas to the greatest extent. The selected materials and its unique structure provide the basis for low temperature applications.
The valve body is made of low temperature resistant stainless steel and flat welded joint. The low temperature extension pipe is welded on the bonnet. The upper end is equipped with a welded flange, which extends out of the insulating pipe to the outside. Its length varies with different nominal diameters.
The extension bonnet of the Electric Cryogenic Control Valve is made of stainless steel 316, which is fixed on the valve body with screws and metal sealing rings. This type of valve can also be installed on thin-walled pipelines. It is installed on the extension bonnet. The bellows seal can be used to reduce heat transfer, this valve can be installed anywhere in the low temperature pipeline.
