The electric bellow seal cryogenic control valve refers to pneumatic regulating valve or electric regulating valve whose medium temperature is lower than -60--196℃. Because of the extremely low temperature, the use and installation of low temperature regulating valve are somewhat different from those of normal temperature and high temperature regulating valve. Must be installed correctly to ensure that there will be no problems during use. The points to be paid attention to are as follows
1. Check whether the parts of the whole valve are missing and loose. For the use of media that is harmful to human health, tests for strength, sealing, leakage and accuracy must be carried out.
2. Clean the pipes and valves before installation to remove impurities and grease. Especially in the case of no oil, users can put forward specific cleanliness requirements. When selecting lubricants, the taboos of the working medium must be considered to avoid accidents.
3. The flange connection between the body of the electric bellow seal cryogenic control valve and the pipeline should pay attention to the coaxiality. A flexible connection should be used as far as possible between the connecting plate of the mounting flange on the upper bonnet and the cold box.
4. The safety of personnel and equipment should be considered in the installation site, which is not only easy to operate, but also conducive to disassembly and maintenance.
5. The valve should be installed upright and vertical on the horizontal pipeline, and can be installed tilted if necessary. The valve must be fixed with a support frame when the valve is vertically large or there is vibration.
6. The flow direction of the medium should be the same as the arrow on the valve body. Airflow should be dry and oil-free. The valve should be used between the ambient temperature -30 ~ 60 ℃.
7. In order to make continuous production when the automatic control system fails or the valve is repaired, a bypass should be set up. The flow characteristics and stroke of the bypass valve should be consistent with the original valve selection.
