The electric bellow seal noise reduction control valve is top guided structure, it is compact in design , equipped with a S-streamline flow path so that the pressure drop loss is small and the flow can be precisely controled, in line with IEC534-1-1976 standard. The valve bonnet adopts a bellows sealing structure, and the electric bellows regulating valve is suitable for the adjustment of extremely literate, flammable, explosive, volatile mediums. In addition, the electric bellows regulating valve can also be used in vacuum applications.
The electric bellow seal noise reduction control valve is a pressure-balanced multi-stage pressure-reducing regulating valve. There are many symmetrical small holes on the sleeve, which can greatly reduce the noise generated by high-pressure difference gas or steam, and can also effectively prevent cavitation caused by liquid. It is an economical control valve with anti-cavitation, low noise and stable control fluid. The valve core adopts a pressure-balanced structure, and two metal sealing rings are installed on the valve core, and the leakage level is grade III. The valve body has a compact structure and an S-streamlined channel, which makes it small in pressure drop loss, large in flow rate, large in spool guide area, and good in shock resistance.
