Pneumatic Butterfly On Off Valve

Pneumatic butterfly on off valve is a valve driven by air source. It contains pressure reducing valve R, lubricator L, signal switch, positioner, etc. This structure ensures that the valve disc is only in contact with the valve seat in the closed position, so there is no friction and wear, and the torque is generated to make the elastic seal have sufficient compaction performance to ensure uniform contact between the sealing surfaces. Installation instructions 

1. When installing the pneumatic butterfly on off valve, the butterfly plate should stop in the closed position.

2. The opening position of the butterfly valve should be determined according to the rotation angle of the disc.

3. For butterfly valves with bypass valve, the bypass valve should be opened first, and then the main valve should be opened.

4. The butterfly valve should be installed according to the manufacturer's installation manufacturer. For heavy weight butterfly valves, a firm foundation should be established.
