Introduction
The Electric High Temperature Cage Guided Control Valve is composed of a PSL series and 3810L series electronic actuator and single seat cage guided regulating valve. The power supply is 220V.AC 50Hz, or 380V 50Hz, including servo amplifier, position signal generator, position limit switch, and valve position display. It can directly accept the output of industrial control instruments or computers (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) to control the opening of the valve to achieve the purpose of adjusting the pressure, flow, and temperature of the medium. At the same time, it can output (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) valve position feedback signal.
Working Principles
1. The Electric High Temperature Cage Guided Control Valves are in direct contact with the medium to be adjusted. Due to the movement of the valve core, the flow area between the valve core and the valve seat is changed, that is, the resistance coefficient of the valve is changed, thereby changing the flow rate of the medium flowing through the regulating mechanism, to achieve the adjustment of process parameters.
2. The Electric High Temperature Cage Guided Control Valves are composed of PSL series and 3810L series intelligent electronic electric actuators connected with single seat and sleeve control valves through brackets. When there is no signal at the input end, the actuator is stable at the preselected zero position, the regulating valve is in the fully open or fully closed position, and the output shaft of the actuator is connected with the valve stem of the regulating valve through the opening and closing nut. When there is a signal at the input end, the output shaft is at a certain position according to a certain proportion of the input signal, and the regulating valve is at the required opening, thus achieving the purpose of regulation and control. The high temperature regulating valve is divided into two types: electric open type and electric closed type. By selecting the positive and negative action switches of the electronic electric actuator, the electric opening and electric closing adjustment can be realized.
