Pneumatic cage guided control valve is a kind of pressure balance control valve. It adopts cage-type sleeve guide and single-seat sealing structure. It is equipped with multi-spring actuator or electric actuator. The whole has the characteristics of stable operation, large allowable pressure difference, accurate flow characteristics and low noise. Pneumatic cage type regulating valve is especially suitable for working occasions where the allowable pressure difference is small and the pressure difference between the upstream and downstream of the valve is large.
Features
1. Pneumatic Cage Guided Control Valve is a high-performance control valve with good dynamic stability and is suitable for harsh working conditions.
2. The fluid usually flows from the outside of the cage to the inside of the cage, so that the jet impact and turbulence are controlled within the cage to form a stable point of the underlying fluid, reducing large-scale separation effects.
3. Our products have a reduced sound system, so the frequency spectrum of the noise produced is changed, which can reduce the noise.
4. Except for the sleeve structure, the rest of the parts are interchangeable, so it is more economical.

It is suitable for various grades in the range of fluid temperature -196℃-+560℃;
Leakage level of the pneumatic cage guided control valve is divided into grade IV , Ⅴ, Ⅵ;
Flow characteristics are Linear, equal percentage, etc.
