Debugging Work Of Pneumatic Shut-off Valve

(1) Preparations before commissioning operation of pneumatic shut-off valve: The operator should wear protective equipment, confirm that production has stopped and no liquid flows in the process before commissioning, and then carefully check the valve body for loose sealing and oil leakage.

(2) Operation steps of pneumatic shut-off valve: The operator turns the on-site control switch to the local control position.

(3) Depressing the manual pressing handle: The operator presses the manual pressing handle hard, and then turns the handwheel to connect the internal clutch gear.

(4) Turn the handwheel to the fully open position: the operator turns the handwheel to close the valve by 45°, and when there is no abnormality, turn the handwheel to the "full open" position.

(5) Rotate the local control button: The operator quickly rotates the local control button to electrically open the control valve body to the "full open" position. After there is no abnormality, check whether the local status indicator light is normally on.

(6) The end of the debugging operation: the operator puts the on-site control switch in the "remote" control position, and the debugging operation ends when it is normal.
