Requirements During The Maintenance Process Of Pneumatic Shut-off Valve

(1) First implement the spare parts required for the maintenance, and the spare parts should be consistent with the specifications, models, materials, nominal pressures, function methods, etc. of the regulating valve and its parts to be replaced or repaired.

(2) Ready to use tools, tools must be suitable, good and complete.

(3) The relevant tickets are completed, and the construction must be approved by the dispatcher, operator and related personnel.

(4) Before disassembling the regulating valve or repairing the components of the regulating valve, it is necessary to confirm that the process treatment is qualified, and operate I on-site monitoring.

(5) When repairing the regulating valve positioner and other parts, the operator should be required to close the front and rear valve doors of the regulating valve tightly. Confirm that the process treatment is qualified, the switching action of the regulating valve does not affect the production, and there is no residual medium in the valve body of the regulating valve before maintenance and adjustment can be carried out after excitation.

(6) When disassembling and replacing the regulating valve, after wearing safety equipment such as gas masks and protective gloves, firstly remove the connecting screws diagonally, so that the valve body flange of the regulating valve and the pipeline connecting flange are slowly loosened, leaving the gap. It can be disassembled after confirming that there is no medium pressure in the regulating valve.

(7) When installing the regulating valve, the arrow of the regulating valve must be consistent with the flow direction of the medium. When replacing the small-diameter regulating valve with threaded connection, there must be detachable movable connectors, and the regulating valve must be fixed.
