Stainless steel ball valve has strong anti-corrosion characteristics, widely used in petroleum, chemical, power generation and other departments. Here is a brief introduction to its installation details and opening process:
Installation process:

1, in the cast steel ball valve fully open state rinse;
2, stainless steel ball valve installation should be according to the specified signal should also be tested, qualified before the line can be installed;
3. Before the stainless steel flange ball valve is connected with the pipeline, the remaining impurities in the pipeline must be removed;
4. During installation, the actuator part of the ball valve cannot be used as the lifting point to avoid damage to the actuator and accessories;
5, cast steel flange ball valve should be installed in the horizontal direction or vertical direction of the pipeline;
6. The pipe near the installation point of the cast steel ball valve can not be low or bear the phenomenon of external force, and the pipe bracket or support can be used to eliminate the isolation of the pipeline;
7. After the ball valve is connected with the pipeline, the specified torque must be used to cross-lock the flange connection bolt.

Opening process:
1. In the closed position, the stainless steel ball valve ball is subjected to the pressure effect of the valve stem, so as to press firmly on the seat;
2. When turning the hand wheel of the cast steel ball valve counterclockwise, the movement direction of the valve stem is opposite, and the bottom corner plane of the cast steel flange ball valve makes the ball free from the seat;
3, the valve stem continues to lift, and interact with the guide pin in the spiral groove of the valve stem, so that the ball begins to rotate without friction;
4, to the full open position, stainless steel ball valve stem lifted to the limit position, the ball will rotate to the full open position.
