Electric Fluorine Lined Control Valve

The electric fluorine lined control valve is composed of an electric actuator and a fluorine-lined control valve. The fluorine-plastic-lined control valve adopts the international popular soft lining technology, and 2-3mm thick fluorine plastic (F46 or PFA) is lined in the contact part with the medium inside the valve body. It has the advantages of good anti-corrosion performance, rapid opening and closing, long service life and small leakage.

Construction Principle

The inner cavity of the valve body are lined with F46 (or PFA), which can resist the corrosion of almost all chemical media, and can resist the penetration of fluoride ions for a long time;

When the disc is closed, the soft lining seat ring has an appropriate amount of elastic deformation to ensure zero leakage of the electric fluorine lined control valve;

The valve core and the shaft are manufactured in an integrated manner, and PFA bearings are used between the shafts, which not only plays a guiding role in the use of the shaft, but also has a good lubrication effect;

There is a mechanical seal protection between the body and the valve seat ring, and there is no leakage between the shafts;

The electric fluorine lined control valve is a kind of flexible composite material. The composite seat ring of rubber and PTFE can produce a certain elastic deformation when the valve is closed, which ensures zero leakage and excellent reciprocating performance, and greatly prolongs the control valve service life.
