Product Overview

Electric bellow seal lined fluorine control valve is a kind of acid and alkali resistant electric control valve and an anti-corrosion straight-through single-seat control valve, which is composed of a straight-stroke electric actuator and a fluorine-lined control valve body. The inner wall of the valve body and the inner components of the valve in contact are all made of high pressure injection molding process, lined with polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46) which can resist corrosion and aging, and are sealed with PTFE bellows. The corrosion-resistant electric control valve is widely used in the control of strong corrosive media such as acid and alkali, as well as toxic and volatile gases and liquids.

Its main features are as follows

1. Corrosion resistance. The electric bellow seal lined fluorine control valve is resistant to corrosion by almost all media (including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia).

2. Good sealing performance. Double sealing with bellows and packing to ensure no leakage.

3. Zero leakage. Since the valve core and valve seat adopt soft sealing, no leakage is ensured.

4. Equipped with electric actuator, the output force is large and the structure is compact.
