Pneumatic program control valve working principle
Leave a message
Pneumatic programmable valves are mainly used in various pressure or temperature variable gas separation devices, and require frequent switching of various industrial fluid transport occasions. It is the most widely used valve in gas separation (PSA) devices. The pneumatic programmed stop valve is mainly composed of the cylinder part, the stuffing box support part and the valve body spool part.
When the controller outputs an electrical signal to a solenoid valve according to the preprogrammed program, the solenoid valve reverses, so that the air with pressure instrument enters the lower chamber of the cylinder of the pneumatic actuator through the switching of the solenoid valve to push the piston upward, the piston drives the valve stem, and the valve stem lifts the valve core to open the valve; Cut off the electric signal of the solenoid valve and make the piston run in reverse to close the valve. This valve configuration is called normally closed. On the contrary, to make it normally open, it can be achieved only by changing the connection mode between the solenoid valve and the pneumatic actuator.
