How to use the self-operated pressure regulating valve?
Leave a message
Self-operated pressure regulating valve is an automatic constant pressure differential valve for balancing hydraulic conditions. It is used in water systems such as heating and central air conditioning to support the autonomous adjustment of each user terminal device of the controlled system to eliminate the pressure of the pipe network.
1). Operation when using steam:
1. Tighten the injection port screw
2. Slowly open the front and rear stop valves of the regulating valve
3. Adjust the pressure adjustment disc and observe that the pressure indicated value reaches the requirement.
4. Unscrew the fill port screw from the condenser
5. Loosen the actuator vent plug
6. Use a leak tip to add through the fill port until the vent comes out
7. Tighten the vent plug and continue filling until it overflows the filling port
2). Operation when using gas or low-viscosity liquid at room temperature:
1. Slowly open the front and rear stop valves of the valve;
2. Loosen the vent plug until gas or liquid escapes from the actuator
3. Then re-tighten the vent plug and the regulating valve will work. The required pressure value can be obtained by adjusting the pressure adjustment disc. When adjusting, pay attention to observe the pressure marked value, move slowly, and do not make the valve stem rotate along with it.
