How To Maintain The Straight Stroke Control Valve

After the straight stroke control valve is in normal operation, it needs to be maintained and maintained. As part of the automatic control system, the maintenance of the regulating valve should be carried out at the same time as the automatic instrumentation and other equipment.

The maintenance of the regulating valve is similar to the maintenance of general instruments, and can be divided into passive maintenance, preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance. Reactive maintenance is a maintenance method that is performed when equipment such as regulating valves fails. Because the equipment fails to be maintained until it fails, the production process is often shut down, and even equipment damage or casualties occur in severe cases. Reactive maintenance is maintenance that is not desired in the production process, and preventive maintenance is a maintenance method based on past operating experience and maintenance by time. For example, a commonly used regular maintenance is preventive maintenance, which formulates a corresponding maintenance schedule according to the operation of different equipment, and performs maintenance before the equipment fails. Since maintenance is performed without failure, the probability of failure can be greatly reduced. However, this maintenance method does not analyze the actual situation of the control valve currently in use, and often disassembles and inspects the control valve that can still be used for a certain period of time, which wastes time and resources. Predictive maintenance starts from the data analysis of the control valve currently in use, and predicts the state of the control valve, so that the control valve can be effectively used.
