Circuit Debugging After Installation Of Pneumatic Shut-off Valve

(1) The connection of the input signal of the pneumatic shut-off valve: usually, check it together with the valve positioner. The input signal of the control valve comes from the controller, so output a starting signal from the controller to check whether the control valve is at the starting position; output an end signal to check whether the control valve is at the end position. To this end, it should be checked whether the air supply pressure is normal; whether the filter pressure reducer is working normally; whether the oil pressure supplied by the hydraulic system is normal; whether the power supply is normal; whether the output signal is correct, etc. And take at least 5 points in the measurement range to check whether the required relationship between the input signal and the valve position is satisfied. It should be checked whether the function mode of air opening and air closing is correct and whether it meets the safety production requirements of the process production process.

(2) Connection of the output signal of the pneumatic shut-off valve: the output signal of the control valve is the valve position signal, which can be an analog signal or a digital signal. When checking the input signal of the control valve, check whether the valve position signal is correct. When using a HART or intelligent electrical valve positioner, it should be checked whether the valve position status information is transmitted correctly. During the full stroke operation of the control valve, the valve core and valve seat of the control valve should be monitored for mechanical vibration and abnormal noise.

(3) Debugging of the handwheel mechanism: Check whether the handwheel mechanism can rotate and act correctly, and whether the limit and locking devices are easy to use.

(4) When the deviation exceeds the allowable deviation limit, corresponding debugging should be carried out. For example, change the position of the valve position switch, check the wiring or pipeline for leakage, etc.
