The work that should be done before the electric regulating valve is installed

Before installing the electric regulating valve, the pipeline should be cleaned to remove dirt and welding slag. After installation, in order to ensure that impurities do not remain in the valve body, the valve should be cleaned again, that is, the valve should be opened when the medium is introduced to prevent impurities from being stuck. After using the handwheel mechanism, it should return to the original neutral position.

In order to enable the electric control valve to continue the production process in the event of failure or repair, the electric control valve should be equipped with a bypass pipeline. At the same time, special attention should be paid to whether the installation position of the electric control valve meets the requirements of the process.

The electrical part of the electric regulating valve shall be installed according to the construction requirements of the relevant electrical equipment. In the case of explosion-proof products, they should be installed in accordance with the requirements of "Standards for Electrical Equipment Installations in Blasting Hazardous Locations". For example, the field wire adopts SBH type or other six-core or eight-core rubber device cable with an outer diameter of about 11.3mm. In the use and repair, it is forbidden to open the cover for repair and pry the flameproof surface in the explosive place. At the same time, do not knock or scratch the flameproof surface during disassembly and assembly, and restore the original flameproof requirements after maintenance.

After the reducer of the implementing agency is dismantled and repaired, attention should be paid to smooth oiling. Generally, low-speed motors should not be disassembled, washed and refueled. After installation, you should also check whether the valve position is consistent with the valve position opening indication.
