Several reasons for internal leakage of electric regulating valve
Leave a message
Electric control valves have been used more and more widely in various industrial control systems due to their high controllability and convenient installation and debugging. However, in the process of use, there are also some problems that plague the field instrument personnel, that is, the problem of internal leakage of the valve. Here we will discuss the common causes and solutions of internal leakage of electric control valves, hoping to help the on-site protection personnel of the factory.
The zero position setting of the executive organization is not precise, and the fully closed position of the valve is not reached. Adjustment method: close the valve manually (it is necessary to confirm that it is completely closed); then close the valve manually, as long as it cannot be tightened with a little force; then turn it back (in the direction of opening the valve) for half a turn; then adjust the limit .
The valve is a push-down closed type, and the thrust of the actuator is not large enough. When there is no pressure, it is easy to reach the full-closed position during debugging. When there is a downward thrust, it cannot overcome the upward thrust of the liquid, so the closed position is not in place. Solution: Replace the actuator with high thrust, or use a balanced spool to reduce the unbalanced force of the medium.
